His 16 years of experience includes seven years experience in Big Four accounting firms, including two years as a manager of the Price Waterhouse Coopers National Research and Development Tax Credit Task Force. He has provided tax and strategic consulting in the areas of real estate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and multi-state expansion.
